2. You can further undergo company certification to obtain more platform features/services. You need to select the corresponding options based on the user type, provide corresponding information according to different types, pass system audits, and complete company authentication

(1) If you are a supplier, you should provide a scanned copy of the company's business license, supplementary information on the unified social credit code, company name (both in Chinese and English), and address;

(2) If you are a purchaser, you should provide a scanned copy of the company's business license and supplement the company name and address.

(2) Collect information during the use of Vehilink services

1. Ensure account, system, and transaction security, optimize information display

2. Release information

(1) When you use the Vehilink platform to publish new vehicle source information, you need to provide the platform with vehicle information (including vehicle model, quotation, color), vehicle supplementary details (including vehicle pictures and descriptions).

(2) When you use the Vehilink platform to publish vehicle purchase information, the information you need to provide to the platform includes the vehicle model, exterior and interior design, sales region, number of purchased vehicles, and the validity period of the vehicle search information (1 day/3 days/7 days can be selected) and remarks.

(3) When you use the Vehilink platform to provide quotation information for vehicles, you need to ensure the authenticity of the quotation.

(4) When you initiate a transaction using the Vehilink platform, you must provide relevant transaction information, including transaction currency, transaction method, deposit amount, delivery location, total transaction amount, vehicle information including model, color, unit price, quantity, and note information, to form an order, and update the order status by uploading vouchers. When you use the Vehilink platform to view orders, you will receive your profile picture, nickname, and phone number.

3. Customer service function

5. You can choose whether to authorize the platform to collect and use your personal information

You can enable or disable this permission through "My" - "Settings" - "System Permission Management" - "Allow Vehilink to access the album".

c. Additional features based on microphone:You can upload your video on Vehilink to achieve the publishing function. During the video recording process, your microphone information will be used. You can also use Vehilink for voice sending and voice calls, which will use your microphone information. You can enable or disable this permission through "My" - "Settings" - "System Permission Management" - "Allow Vehilink to access the microphone".

(2) The above additional functions may require you to enable access to your camera (camera), album (picture library), and microphone from the platform on your device, in order to collect and use the information involved in these functions.You can check the enabled status of the above permissions item by item in your device settings or in the "My" - "Settings" - "System Permission Management" app, and decide to enable or disable these permissions at any time (the platform will guide you to complete the settings in your device system). 2. The platform will use the collected personal information in accordance with the provisions of this policy and to achieve the platform's product and/or service functions.

(1) After collecting your personal information, the platform will use technical means to de identify your personal information. The de identified information will not be able to identify specific natural persons without the use of additional information. Please understand and agree that, in cases where specific natural persons cannot be identified, the platform has the right to use deidentified information, analyze and commercialize such information.

(2) Please note that all personal information provided by you when using the platform's products and/or services will continue to be authorized for use by the platform during your use of the platform's products and/or services, unless you make a deletion request to the platform or refuse collection through system settings. When you cancel your account, the platform will stop using and delete your personal information.

2、 How platforms use cookies and similar technologies

(1) Cookies

4. Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, the platform cannot continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, and will no longer process your corresponding personal information. But your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect the personal information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.
